30-Day Online Return / Exchange Policy

Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days after delivery for an exchange or refund.

If you are making an exchange because you want a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange.

Please Note

All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the invoice.

For exchanges the invoice must include what you would like to exchange for as well as a phone number.

Exceptions To Return Policy

Returns or exchanges of sale merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

No returns or exchanges on gift certificates.

All purchases on lingerie must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, returns/exchanges must be unworn with all tags.
